Submit a Privacy Request
Air Tech Pros respects your privacy rights. If you live in a U.S. state that grants comprehensive consumer privacy rights — or if you are a visitor in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland — you may use this form to submit a privacy-rights request.
Three ways to opt out
- Use the form below. The form supports the most common consumer requests: right to know / access, right to correct, right to delete, and opt out of sale or sharing. This is the simplest option when you want a written record of your request and our response.
- Send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser. GPC is a browser-level signal we automatically detect and honor. When we see it, our consent banner does not appear and your opt-out from sale and sharing is auto-applied to that browser/device. No form needed for opt-out-from-sale-or-sharing if you use GPC. Supported by browsers including DuckDuckGo, Brave, and Firefox (with a privacy extension). Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.
- Email privacy@airtechpros.com for any request type, including those not surfaced in the form below: right to data portability, opt out of profiling, limit use of sensitive personal information, GDPR / UK GDPR / Swiss FADP rights, appeals of a prior denial, authorized-agent submissions, or any other privacy request. Include the email address or phone number associated with your account or service request, and a brief description of the right you wish to exercise.
Cookie preferences (separate from privacy-rights requests)
If you only want to change which cookie categories are active on airtechpros.com (Necessary, Preferences, Statistics, Marketing), use the floating Cookie Preferences widget in the corner of any page on our site. That widget re-opens the consent controls. The form below is for formal privacy-rights requests, not cookie-preference changes.
Response timing
| Request type | Response time |
|---|---|
| Opt out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, GPC signal | Within 15 business days of receipt |
| Right to know / delete / correct / portability (CCPA + most state laws) | Within 45 calendar days, with one 45-day extension permitted by law if needed for complex requests |
| GDPR / UK GDPR / Swiss FADP rights (where applicable) | Within one month, with up to two additional months for complex requests |
Verification: For right-to-know, delete, correct, or portability requests, we may need to verify your identity before responding. We will email you with the specific verification step within 5 business days of receiving your request.

Your Rights Under Your State’s Privacy Law
Your specific privacy rights depend on the privacy law of your state of residence at the time we receive your request. We will evaluate each request against the law that applies to you and respond within the timelines described above.
This page does not provide legal advice and does not enumerate the rights granted under any particular state’s privacy law. Privacy laws change, and the rights available to you, the procedures for exercising them, the response timelines, and any appeal mechanisms are most accurately described by the authority that enforces the law in your state. For an authoritative description of your rights, please consult:
- Your state Attorney General’s office or consumer-protection agency, or
- An attorney licensed in your state.
For visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland: please refer to our Privacy Policy § 14 and contact your national or regional data-protection authority for authoritative guidance on your rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or Swiss FADP.
